ARRR! Free Pirates For Hire

AVAST, ye scuppers! It's been awhile since we've done anything nautical around these parts, and I've been wantin' ta tell ya's of a new book by a swab name o' Eric Geary.

Free Pirates For Hire: Setting Sail is the tale of a fair young maiden, Dawnya, who happens t'be the grand niece of the former Infamous Pirate Derith. He leaves her his piratical legacy, including the good ship Sea Dryad.

Now this is the kinda Young Adult fic I can get behind. It's a crackin' read -- ye can try a sample here -- and ye can buy it in pretty much any format, including an actual book, from a variety o' semi-reputable online purveyors o' stuff.

NOW THEN, ye lubbers -- anything ye needs to boost the signal on fer your own selves? ARRR!

Meh. Tried to watch the show once, didn't think it was particularly "bodacious". Anne and I are trying to find some new anime to watch online....

Mouretsu Pirates had it's moments, but it could have been a lot better if they didn't play it safe.

As for new anime, have you tried the Anime Recommendation Database:

Um, well, if you could possibly be so good, there's this website sort of thingy called www,avevale.org which is the successor to my Nexus pages. There you can find a complete new novel (Tetrad), a work in progress (Oonaverse) and several short stories and things, all by me, Jonathan Waite, otherwise known as Zander Nyrond. There are also Paypal buttons here and there, in case you like what you read.

Erm, arrr.

I'm doing a major blog tour for the release of my 12th novel.
It's post-apocalyptic gay bikers. No, it's not funny.

Basically, after 95-99% of the population wakes up dead, the settlements that are trying to get humanity going again throw out their gay members. The men band together and serve as traders/circuit riding priests and judges/mailcarriers and mobile defense force. And our narrator, Dylan, is not cut out for this life, but doesn't get much choice in it.

http://valarltd.livejournal.com/1751408.html has the list of where I am.
Commenting on any of the blogs enters you to win my whole backlist (grand prize), an etsy gift certificate and/or the ebook. The more comments, the more entries you get. (one per blog)
