Huzzah! More Daniel Craig as Bond! It'd be a shame if this (which, IIRC, is the last he's under contract for) is the last such. (Yes, I'm in that minority that thinks he's the best Bond ever, rather than the worst.)

The really interesting thing is that Craig's look here (and in some shots in earlier movies) reminds me far more of how some (the non-giant) Russian agents used to be shown in suspense thriller movies. Very stark, angular, hair close-cropped.

Sorry but I could not figure out what was going on.

I haven't seen Craig's other Bond films, but how is it in terms of gadgets? Are they "invisible car" out there or more realistic kind like the watch that sends out radio signals? Yes I know gadgets don't make Bond, but it's part of the Bond thing along with exotic locations, spy actions, epic villains, etc.

The Craig Bond is much more like the Bond of the books, so not so much of the invisible car sort of gadgetry... actually, I'm not recalling much gadgetry at all.

That's what I heard. Or at least his gadgets are pretty much current technology. I remember one film where his cell phone had a taser and remote control for the car. It was all wowie, zowie back then and today it's like "I bet that taser really drains the battery. *shrug*" or "What, no fingerprint scanner? I got an app for that."

The ashes of James Doohan has been launched into orbit by a different sort of enterprise today. Thanks for everything and may you continue to inspire us.
